I have always been interested in driving, working in a garage when I left school. I joined the Army and learned to drive most things from a moped to an HGV, including tracked vehicles.
Since leaving the Army I served in the Prison Service, then worked at a Middle School, eventually gaining a teaching degree and lecturing at the Isle of Wight College.
I qualified as an ADI (Approved Driving Instructor) in December 2012 and I have enjoyed every minute. Using the skills gained in life to assist the learner achieve their goals. The thrill I get when a learner passes their test drives me on to continue and improve. I have also qualified to deliver National Driver Awareness Courses.
Joining EVO is a new chapter in my career and I am looking forward to helping the team progress and to continue to contribute to the learner’s success.
